3 hours exclusive hire! We now only offer exclusive party bookings, which means you get the entire venue to yourself!  We have one available slot per day for party bookings from 15:15 until 18:30

Exclusive Venue Hire

Daytime Party Hire

• Up to 40 adults and children

• 2 hours play time

• 45 mins of sit down eating on a dedicated table downstairs in our enchanted seating area after play

• Dedicated member of staff to help with party tasks

• Free visit for up to 5 people before your party booking

• Drop off party items the day before and we will store

• Birthday person gets to sit at the top of the table on a gold throne

• Happy Birthday {name} written on our light up cinema box at the party entrance 

• You can bring your own extra decorations and arrive 15 minutes before the session to set them up

• Disco lights downstairs 

• Bluetooth speaker downstairs to connect to your phone

• Choose your own music for the upstairs play session

• Half price slushies when pre-ordered 

• Snacks and hot drinks available to purchase upstairs

• Bring your own pre-prepared food and cake for eating afterwards

• 4ft circus colourful wooden number and backdrop for photos

• Birthday person’s name first name initial as a 18cm MDF circus letter as a gift to keep, additional letters can be purchased as party favors at a discounted rate of £3.50 per letter

• Dispose of your rubbish and recycling in our bins – no need to take home

• 6 Reserved parking spaces

• We do all the cleaning afterwards!

Timings

15:00 – Previous session finishes are our staff will begin tidying up for your exclusive party booking

15:15 – You can can arrive from this time onwards, before your guests arrive to unload and set up

15:30 – From this time onwards your guests can arrive

15:30 – 17:30 Play session

17:30 – Food and cake downstairs in the enchanted area

18:15 is the latest time your guests can leave, allowing you 15 minutes extra to pack away and take any items to your car – leave the cleaning to us!

18:30 – Venue closes

Evening Party Hire

From 17:30 onwards 

£150 per hour, minimum of 2 hours

• Bring your own food/catering vans*

• Downstairs seating and tables for food
• 4ft circus colourful wooden number (if it is a birthday party) and backdrop for photos
